From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, personable and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. Steven took the time to understand my needs, budget, and preferences, and guided me through all my options without ever being pushy. I decided on a 2025 CrossTrek that was in transit with a 2-week expected delivery. He answered all my questions with honesty and patience, and even provided me with his cell phone number to keep in touch while my new vehicle was in transit. I was also trading in my 2014 Impreza and Jordan, the manager, was extremely fair with a trade-in value. He was so cordial and a great example of how a sales manager makes a customer feel comfortable and want to work with them.
